Before you register and pay for any classes, it is your responsibility to make certain you are signing up for the correct class, class location, and correct cotillion.

 

Please note that there are several cotillions in the Austin area with "similar names". It is your responsibility to make sure the class location, final ball location, and instructors are all correct. 

 

As you can imagine, it takes MONTHS of planning, marketing, and scheduling to provide these classes for students. Last minute cancellations will throw off our classroom numbers and our girl / boy ratio. When this happens, it is expensive as we have to pay for last minute targeted marketing campaigns in order to try and get our numbers as equal as possible.

We are happy to give a full refund (minus $30 processing fee) up to 28 DAYS BEFORE the first-class day. Any time after that, no refund will be given.

Note: If you do have to cancel after the 28 day cutoff period, but do not want to forfeit your registration payment, we are happy to hold your student's registration payment for the following fall or spring class.

By checking the box for our REFUND POLICY, you are accepting these refund terms and acknowledge that you are signing up for the correct cotillion.
