Rules For Success: Being On Time
  • Being late shows a lack of respect, wastes time, & forces you to start off with an apology

  • Always arrive a few minutes early (Interviews, services, shows)

  • Use the alarm / calendar feature on your phones for important dates

  • Lay your clothes out the night before to avoid any last-minute issues

    • EXCEPTION to being on time

      • Private parties 10~15 min later than the invitation start time

  • If you are late, try this: Instead of starting off by apologizing, say something positive like "Thank you so much for your patience, I really appreciate your time." This takes the focus off an awkward apology and transfers the focus onto a Thank You!  â€‹
